My life made a tremendous shift after my first visit Mt Shasta back in October 2011. It happened in my 40 and I always joke about this was my midlife crisis, but only in an amazing positive way. I would not trade any other life style for this one ever. So here, I am to share my life experiences continuously influenced by this majestic Mt Shasta.
